ORIXIAL
An agreement
in six clauses

Outbound you
can check.

Built first for owner-led IT managed service providers (MSPs) and security firms in the US, with 5 to 50 staff

We find the few companies likely to buy from you, write each one a careful email, and a person answers every reply. Never the machine. You take the meeting. Each clause below says how to check it.

90-day founding pilot · opens after our own test passes (12 Nov 2026) · we're not taking paying clients yet · for firms where a new client is worth $15k or more · United States prospects first
1

We write only to the few worth an email.

Most of your market will never buy from you. On our own brands, out of every 1,000 companies we looked at, about 12 got an email. Run the checks and watch the rest get struck off.

HOW TO CHECK · the ratio comes from our own brands: 17,285 companies looked at, 15,568 turned down, 205 emailed, counts to 29 Sep 2026. Your market will differ. How we count
2

Each first email is written for one company.

Software writes each first email from what it found about that company. This is a real one from our own outreach, sent on 22 Sep 2026, with the names blacked out and our notes in the margin.

FROM Gabriel, Orixial · TO xxxxxx · 22 SEP 2026
Subject: New client flow at xxxxxxxxx
Hey xxxx,
I came across xxxxxxxxx while researching trial consulting teams that handle complex graphics work.
I help B2B service firms with client outreach, and I'm curious how you currently bring in new law firm engagements when you're not relying on referrals.
Is it mostly conference and CLE visibility, or do you also run proactive outreach to plaintiff and defense counsel?
Gabriel
Orixial
WHY THIS COMPANY · the work they take on, found in public. The first line says it, so they can see it's true.
WHY THIS QUESTION · it asks how they win clients today, in their own trade's words.
WHAT'S LEFT OUT · no link, no attachment and no meeting request in the first email.
WHO IS GABRIEL · a team sender name. The founder reads and answers every reply to it.
SINCE 24 SEP · every email ends with one more line: "Don't want future emails from us? Reply to this message with "unsubscribe" and we will stop contacting you."
SINCE 28 SEP · our postal address comes under that line on every email, and a reply of just "stop" or your mail program's Unsubscribe button stops our emails too.

At most two short follow-ups come after it, at least 3 and then 5 business days apart, so three emails in all. The moment someone replies, the follow-ups stop and a person takes over.

HOW TO CHECK · this is a real email, dated. The first line names what we found about the company, so they can see it's true.
3

A person answers every reply.

Software finds the companies and writes the first email, which goes out under a team sender name. It never writes back to anyone: the founder answers every reply. It's built into the code. There is no setting that lets the machine reply. Try it.

MACHINE REPLIES OFF

HOW TO CHECK · reply to any email of ours with a question only a person could answer.
4

Pay for meetings you can check. Never more than the number on this page.

PILOTS OPEN AFTER OUR OWN TEST PASSES (12 NOV 2026) · WE'RE NOT TAKING PAYING CLIENTS YET · PROVISIONAL PRICES: THEY MAY CHANGE AFTER THAT TEST
US founding pilot · 90 days · 600 prospects
$550a month+ $300per held meeting
Never more than $3,550 a month
What the $550 pays for
Running costs: data, address checks, mailboxes$80
17 hours of work a month: setup, ideal-customer profile, message tests, weekly reports and a call with you. We carry part of that while we prove it.$470

At most 10 meetings are billed a month. Sign a monthly plan within 30 days of your pilot ending (or of monthly plans opening) and 100% of your pilot base fees come off your first three monthly invoices.

US monthly plan · opens later
$750a month+ $450per held meeting
Never more than $5,250 a month

400 prospects a month. Three months minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. It opens after our own test passes, 3 pilots are signed and we have 60 days of client data.

Never charged: a setup fee, an exit fee, a no-show, a meeting with someone outside the roles in your signed profile, or any meeting past 10 in a month.

The usual wording
"A qualified appointment booked on your calendar."
Graded by the vendor, billed at booking, no-shows included.
Ours, word for word
A held meeting is one the prospect attends for at least 10 minutes, in a role listed in your signed profile.
You have 5 business days to flag a billed meeting by naming the condition it fails. It isn't billed until it's settled on evidence: the calendar event, who attended, and their role. Once per pilot you may decline one meeting's fee without giving a reason.
What a held meeting could cost you over a 90-day pilot
Slow · our own reply rate so far, 1.0% (29 Sep 2026)
about $2,130 a meeting
about 0.9 meetings in 90 days
Expected · market average reply rate, 3.43%
about $832 a meeting
about 3.1 meetings in 90 days
Good · top quarter of senders, 5.5%
about $630 a meeting
about 5 meetings in 90 days
Best · top tenth of senders, 10.7%
about $472 a meeting
about 9.6 meetings in 90 days

Base fees plus meeting fees, divided by the meetings. Meetings are worked out from the reply rate with the method in our pricing procedure (SOP-011): half of replies are interested, 4 in 10 of those book, 3 in 4 of those attend. The market rates come from the industry benchmarks in our pricing review of 26 Sep 2026. None of this is a promise.

South Africa, our home market: R3,500 a month plus R3,500 per held meeting, never more than R38,500 a month. Not open yet.

HOW TO CHECK · once pilots run, we publish every month how many meetings were held, flagged and billed, as counts only.
5

Your name stays out of the spam folder.

We send from separate mailboxes on a domain we manage, so nothing we send can touch your own domain's reputation, and the other way round. We never send more than 30 emails a day from each, follow-ups included. A new mailbox starts at 15 and rises weekly. Every address is checked before our first email, and a mailbox stops by itself if too many bounce.

HOW TO CHECK · you get each mailbox's daily count and bounce rate every week.
6

What we won't do.

We won't let software reply to anyone.
We won't show a number we can't date.
We won't email an address we haven't checked.
We won't claim clients we don't have.
We won't lock a pilot in: it ends at 90 days.
We won't charge a setup fee.

SMALL NUMBERS · TRUE ONES

We're testing on our own brands first. There are no meetings yet and we're not taking paying clients yet. If a pilot books nothing, you pay the base fee and nothing else. When the numbers change, they change here, with a date. How we count, and what must be true first

I spent my working life in sales and brand development. The hardest part was always outbound: getting the right people to know you exist. So I built a system to do it for me. It worked well enough that I now run it for other firms. It stays small on purpose, so I can answer every reply myself.

For the person
we emailed

You're here because we wrote to you.

Here's how we picked you, who reads your reply, and how to make us stop. It takes a minute.

A

How we picked your company

From business facts only: job title and seniority, company size and location, and what the company does, read from its public profile. We turn most companies down. Yours passed on what is public about it, and the first line of our email says what we found. We may have written for Orixial itself, or for a close partner we run outreach for. The email says which.

B

Who reads your reply

A person. Our emails go out under team sender names, such as Gabriel, and Branden, the founder, reads and answers every reply. Software helped find your company and write the first email. It never writes back.

C

How to make us stop

Reply with the word "unsubscribe", as the last line of our email says, or reply with just "stop". If your mail program shows an Unsubscribe button on our email, that works too. Our system reads each of these and stops all emails to you from that brand within about 10 minutes. Each brand keeps its own list, so if a partner brand we run for has also written to you, do the same with that email. You can also write to talk@orixial.com and the founder removes you by hand.

D

What we keep about you

Your business contact details and whether you replied. Since 28 Sep 2026, before our first email, our email-checking service, Reoon Email Verifier, checks that your business address can receive mail. It sees only the address. Why we may email you at work: to offer a business service relevant to your role (business-to-business direct marketing, under POPIA section 69 and a legitimate-interest assessment), or to contact you on behalf of a client of ours. Everything else is in our privacy notice, which names every service we use.

And if you sell

That's what we'd do for you: a few careful emails, and a person on every reply. Read the agreement.

The Orixial agreement

Six clauses. Each one says how you can check it.

1

We write only to the few worth an email.

On our own brands, about 12 in every 1,000 companies looked at got an email (counts to 29 Sep 2026). The rest were not emailed.

2

Each first email is written for one company.

Software writes it from what it found about that company, and its first line says what that was. At most two short follow-ups come after it, so three emails in all, and they stop the moment someone replies.

3

A person answers every reply.

Software never writes back to anyone.

4

The meeting fee is charged only for meetings that are held.

A held meeting is one the prospect attends for at least 10 minutes, in a role listed in your signed profile. You have 5 business days to flag a billed meeting by naming the condition it fails, and it isn't billed until it's settled on evidence. Once per pilot you may decline one meeting's fee without a reason. US founding pilot: $550 a month plus $300 per held meeting, never more than $3,550 a month. Never charged: a setup fee, an exit fee, a no-show, a meeting with someone outside the roles in your signed profile, or any meeting past 10 in a month. Pilots open after our own test passes (12 Nov 2026). We're not taking paying clients yet. These prices are provisional and may change after that test.

5

Your name stays out of the spam folder.

We send from separate mailboxes on a domain we manage, never yours. At most 30 emails a day per mailbox, follow-ups included. Every address is checked first, and a mailbox stops by itself if too many bounce.

6

What we won't do.

Let software reply, show an undated number, email an unchecked address, claim clients we don't have, or charge a setup fee.

How we count

Every number, with its date.

These are our own brands, counted the way we'll count yours. Nothing is rounded up. A number changes here only through a recorded change, with a date.
